Victoria is currently working on opening a Mayweather Boxing + Fitness franchise location with a mission beyond fitness—she aims to make a difference in her community. Through the Gloves for Greatness program, she plans to help children in the foster care system by teaching them boxing, discipline, and self-confidence while providing them with a supportive family-like environment.

She actively participates in medical mission work in Africa and is striving to expand her efforts to help children born with cleft palates. In many countries, babies with cleft palates face severe social stigma, often being abandoned or struggling with malnutrition due to feeding difficulties. By assisting in cleft palate surgeries as an operating room nurse, Victoria hopes to give these children a chance at a healthier and more accepted life.
